   1. All sales and rental transactions conducted through this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

5. 2. Sale Terms

   1. All products are subject to availability.
   2. Product images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only; actual items may vary.
   3. Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   4. Orders cannot be canceled after the item has been shipped.
   5. Warranty information (if applicable) is provided with the delivered product.

6. 3. Rental Terms

   1. Equipment must be reserved in advance through the website or official booking channels.
   2. A valid ID and signed liability waiver are required before the equipment is released.
   3. Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license (when required).
   4. All safety instructions must be strictly followed during the rental period.
   5. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Late returns or damage will incur additional charges.

   1. We accept electronic payment via major credit/debit cards and approved methods.
   2. A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of rental.

8. 5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

   1. Sales: No refunds or exchanges after product delivery, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
   2. Rentals: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the rental time to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full loss of the deposit.

   1. Al Wasm Marine is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products or services.
   2. Renters assume full responsibility for the safe and proper use of rented equipment.
   3. In case of loss, damage, or theft of rented equipment, the renter will bear the full cost of repair or replacement.

    1. All website content (design, text, images, logos) is the property of Al Wasm Marine and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

11. 8. Governing Law

    1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
    2. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kuwait.

باستخدامك الموقع أو بطلبك لأي منتج أو خدمة من خلاله، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط التالية:

• تحتفظ شركة الوسم مارين بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

2. شروط البيع

• المنتجات المعروضة متوفرة حسب الكمية الموجودة في المخزون.
• الصور والأوصاف الموجودة على الموقع هي لأغراض توضيحية فقط وقد تختلف المنتجات الفعلية.
• الأسعار مدرجة بالدينار الكويتي (KWD) وتشمل الضرائب إن وجدت.
• لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات بعد شحن المنتج.
• الضمانات (إن وجدت) مرفقة مع المنتج عند التسليم.

3. شروط التأجير

• يجب حجز المعدات مسبقًا من خلال الموقع أو عبر القنوات الرسمية.
• يشترط تقديم هوية سارية وتوقيع نموذج إخلاء مسؤولية قبل استلام المعدات.
• الحد الأدنى لعمر المستأجر هو 18 عامًا، ويجب أن يكون حاملًا لرخصة قيادة صالحة (عند الحاجة).
• يجب الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة طوال فترة التأجير.
• تُعاد المعدات في حالتها الأصلية، وأي ضرر أو تأخير يُعرض المستأجر لرسوم إضافية.

4. الدفع

• نقبل الدفع الإلكتروني عبر البطاقات البنكية والوسائل المعتمدة.
• قد يُطلب وديعة تأمينية قابلة للاسترداد عند التأجير.

5. سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد

• البيع: لا يُقبل استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج بعد التسليم إلا في حال وجود خلل مصنعي مثبت.
• التأجير: يجب الإلغاء قبل 24 ساعة من موعد الحجز لاسترداد المبلغ بالكامل. الإلغاء المتأخر أو عدم الحضور قد يؤدي إلى خصم كامل أو جزء من التأمين.

6. المسؤولية

• لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن الإصابات أو الأضرار الناتجة عن استخدام المعدات.
• يتحمل المستأجر كامل المسؤولية عن التشغيل الآمن للمعدات خلال فترة الاستخدام.
• في حال فقدان أو تلف أو سرقة المعدات، يتحمل المستأجر كافة التكاليف المترتبة.

7. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

• جميع حقوق الموقع (تصميم، محتوى، صور، شعارات) محفوظة لشركة الوسم مارين ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

8. القانون المعمول به

• تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام القوانين السارية في دولة الكويت.
• أي نزاع قانوني يتم حله عبر المحاكم الكويتية المختصة.
